Totally new learning curve. Got some pinging, I think I might need to change the timing on the Ultima ignition. Still have to set up the drum brake and redo the wiring.
Very cool!!!! I'm seriously thinking of getting a hack. How hard was it to set up?
What's the learning curve like? You running a steering dampener?
Thanks,
Todd

The set-up was five hours of casual labor by myself and a shovel hack owner, without doing the brake or wiring. Once the mounting was done the measuring and adjustments began. That had to be precise. I think I may need to dial it in some more.
The ride home was 34 miles, the first 12 on a 2-lane. By the time I got home I was doing pretty well but I still have a lot to learn. There is nothing that my over fifty years of riding and million miles on the road that prepared me for driving a hack. It is really that different, and I'm looking forward to putting more mileage on it.
