I take it you have some aftermarket tail light?
The item you are showing is the small circuit board that sits behind the standard fender mounted tail light assembly from what I see, it is not a TSM which would be a turn signal module.
So when you swap over the two pin connectors for the indicators, they each light up only when mounted in a one particular mounting point? Which side of the circuit board is working?

Before you order a new item, it might be worth checking some basic things.

On that six pin block connector in the picture, you have a brown and a purple wire.
The brown is for battery power to the right hand indicator and the purple is for battery power to the left indicator when you press the t/s button.
Check for voltage at these two wires at the connector and see that you are indeed getting voltage up until that connector.
if you are, then check for voltage on the two pin connectors at each of the purple wires, the lower one in your picture is for the left indicator and the one nearest the six pin connector is for your right indicator and has a brown trace line on its length.
Bear in mind that to do those checks you need to have pressed the relevant turn signal button to ask for power to them.
You can also check for voltage coming out of those two pin connectors on the black wires to see if voltage is going through the circuit board and returning to earth.

Even though both indicators seem to work, it's definitely worth looking at that black wire already mentioned above, it does look pretty mangled.

Try following the wiring loom from that six pin connector and see if it's been squashed or rubbed under the seat pan area as there is not a lot of room there for that circuit board.
Personally, I'd do away with the board as it's lost all purpose by being stuffed under the seat.

Good luck

Disconnect the wires as close the light as possible and run power and earth off the battery and see if it comes on, if it does then your problem is in the wiring harness

Ok ill check the power at those connectors, and bo i dont have an aftermarket tail light, my rear turn signals act as tail lights seeing as how the previous owner chopped the rear fender getting rid of the stock tail light

How would i get rid of the circuit board?

Put connectors on each join, it won't be hard to fix, have you checked the globe?(sorry if I have insulted your intelligence).

These are the two rear lighting wiring diagrams for the 2009 Sporty. It appears that your bike originally had a tail light like the diagram on the left. The model without the center tail light used a tail lamp converter module.
