So I got my amp and speaker brackets yesterday and got everything installed up to getting the fairing on.
When I went to close it all up I'm running into something that is keeping the fairing from lining up. If you are facing the bike looking at the fairing it ends up crooked where the left side is closer to the inner fairing and right is farther out and angled a couple degrees left wing down. It feels like I'm running into the breakout harness or other wiring behind the headlight.
Anyone happen to have pic of a 4180 installed in a rushmore fairing so I can see how you routed the wiring?
Odd thing is I didn't have this issue with the micro amp I was running and everything was basically in the same place.
I'll take one when I get home. I was mostly wondering if anyone had one of a completed install. I called BT and am waiting for Mike to call back. They mentioned I might need a different amp mount that maybe goes in the new space created by removing the pods with their speaker brackets. All the wiring just kind of seems to want to go to the left which was fine before with the other amp so I'm not sure what I am running into now. I think I might pick up some Velcro to mount my crossovers on those brackets or maybe on the back of the speaker so we'll see

That was what I was looking for. Thanks!
Fixed my issue and makes we wish I would have got his amp sooner.
Now I just need to decide on speakers which is harder since I can't demo everything mentioned here
So I'm taking speaker recommendations now. Not looking for the loudest but the warmest sound I can get front back and maybe lowers

What's your budget? That will make a big difference in what's offered. I have the focal krx2's in my fairing and love them. There nice and warm. But run anywhere from 500-700 depending where you find them. I also have the JL c2 690tx and they complement the focals very nicely.
