UPDATE - So I was able to ride yesterday and this is what I came up with.
The bike is A LOT quieter and without all that ticking noise feels a lot smoother. The smoother part may be just in my head but the bike does feel different.
When I got the bike up and cruising at 80 kph I actually looked down to see if the engine was still running it was that quiet. I am hoping to take a longer run today and will take a longer highway run to re confirm.
Highly recommend doing this mod, best $15 you can spend on your bike.
Now for the cons - now with the bike being so quiet I can hear myself singing while I ride and that's just no good for anybody.
Good to hear you got them installed and are enjoying a reduction in top-end ticking!

It's typically a 3-4 hour job, when using the instructions and the manual.
Almost all of that time is spent getting it apart and back together, the actual installation is a matter of minutes.
If you'd like a copy of the instructions to look over, just send and email to Support@DKCustomProducts.com requesting them, and we'll email them to you.
Ok, so while riding today I look down and BAM!!! I had an oil leak. It was coming from the front of my front head. When I installed the Lockers I reused the gaskets instead of replacing them. So off I go the the bike shop and buy new gaskets to put in. I replaced all the gaskets inner, outer and metal head gasket. The process is the same as the Locker install so I timed it.
Start
Finish
So each head should take two hours and about a 1/3 of a bottle of Screech.
p.s. when you work on your bike in your swim suit and flip flops do not drop you ratchet right on the top/middle of your foot.
I'm a huge fan of DK Customs and Kevin is the best. I just don't get the point of the Rocker Locker. I have many miles on Sportsters and can't see what the overall benefits are. If it made a few extra ponies or extended the reliability I could see. I like the mechanical sound of my bike. I guess I don't get it.
Where can I get one of those big blue vaginas you have in your first video? LMAO
I bought these ($15) and cover gaskets ($25) but won't do the install until this winter.

No extra ponies but the bike sounds and feels 100% better to me. If you like the ticking noise then there is no reason for this mod. We just saved you $15 and 4/5 hours, you are still allowed to have some Screech though. You are invited to come up and ride my bike anytime and feel for yourself if you like it.
