I don't really pay attention to the shake at idle and don't feel anything while moving. But riding the M8 was noticeably different in that regard, and I didn't mind that either. So, if it didn''t shake so much, I don't see that as a bad thing.

I used to love the Harley shake, in 87 I had a solid mount 4 speed 1200 Sportster that would rattle your teeth out! Age takes it's toll, I had to trade my FLHX because the shake would make my hands go numb in 20 minutes of around town riding. Much talk about putting the new counterbalanced motor in a new solid mount touring frame, hell I have that now!

All those idiosyncrasies are part and parcel to the Harley experience. My first Electra Glide, a 1989 FLHS had its clunk, it whined, was cold blooded, vibrated parts etc. My 2016 clunks, whines, shakes and vibrates. The only difference is I just change the oil. They have managed to keep the experience and add quality to the mix.

Test drove a softtail once, felt really weird. I'll stick with the current vibe of my '10 EG. So I would say 50%.
I wish I had a **** to adjust the suspension. My only complaint. Oops, I do have a **** on my 13" premium hand adjustables but I don't think it works! Lol

I like the shake at idle. I don't feel any kind of shake when moving. Its part of owning a Harley

I don't mind the shake, but I really don't miss it on my M8. It still shakes at idle. Now my wife on the otherhand hated it. She actually prefered my 05 1200C sporty over my 09 Fat Bob due to the vibes. Not sure why, but the Dyna's rear pegs were mounted on the swing arm so she got all the vibes and bounce. She loves the M8. All in all I like the little vibe of the M8. Still enough to know it's running, but not enough to cause fatigue.

Stick with the 50%. I don't care but it keeps the OL's juices flowin.
