I don't think so, 2007 had a narrower rear fender and smaller tire I believe.

I know my 2007 Ultra did anyway.

I don't know **** about what fits or doesn't. I know the piece I bought was for a 13 and I totaled my bike before I put it on, so just for the hell of it, I put it on my 15 and it fit perfectly. It may be an 08 up thing. If it fits though, you're welcome to it.

I think it was 08 or 09 when they changed the back end, I know it was 09 that they redid the touring frames. More welds, less flex or something like that. Made them stronger anyway.

I had an 09 SG and an 07 Ultra. The ultra had a smaller rear tire and I thought the fender was narrower too.

When they went to the wider rear end the fender got wider too, I just can't remember if it was 08 or 09.

That gap is big? My gap is around 3/16" from the factory. Is it more than that? The pic looks about the same size.

I found this piece to be loose in the first week of ownership. Do yourself a favor: when or if you repair or replace it, put a piece of 3M black automotive tape between the fascia and the fender, so that something is there to hold it and keep it from vibrating or bouncing around in that area. 8000 miles with the tape in there (it's invisible if done right), and no further issues.

I noticed mine cracking in the exact same spot from same situation so I decided to do something different while painting. We shaved the six holes on the side and ran without the lower fascia. Gives the bike a different look I think. Had to make a little cover for the tail light module and hide it up behind the fender. Figure why not do something you don't see everyday especially with such a common problem.
