Second run seems fine. On the stock run I think they either screwed up or did it on purpose to make the numbers look more spectacular for the second run.

Most dynos for the M8 114 show 90/110 out of the crate. Why was yours so weak and how is it possible to gain 20hp/30ftlbs with nothing more than slipons and a restricted tune? Am i missing something?
I'm pretty sure we are looking at rear wheel hp numbers vs crank

The 90hp/110ft-lbs rating for a stock 2017 CVO 114 is at the rear wheel. Straight from Harley's Parts catalog (below) and confirmed from numerous post-purchase dyno runs. Almost all of the stock dyno runs for an M8 114 have been within 1hp and 1ftlb of trq so I view HD's rear wheel rating as pretty accurate for an untouched CVO 114 M8 bike.

The stock #s at the rear wheel for the previous post looks extremely suspect. I would say the previous dynos #s after tune and slip-ons added a few ft-lbs TQ vs the out-of-crate "rear-wheel" #s from HD.

I would say the dyno posted below that shows 71hp/ 88 ftlbs for the stock CVO 114 is very suspect. Notice how jagged the lines are for the stock bike and how smooth the tuned #s. My guess is someone tried to avoid a customer feeling bad about their recent charges for slip-ons, Street tuner and dyno time.

What kind of shop and where is "Hall of Horsepower"?

I removed the baffles out of my stock mufflers out of my 17 CVO Street Glide. Has a nice deep rumble, not real loud. My computer won't let me upload a sound clip but can text one to you if you like.

Default Screaming eagle cannons

I added the ac,tuner and street cannons and with the tips with the black insert there 149$. They make them sound really good for just mufflers...

Huh? If you did that all you would be left with is a 4'' round muffler body. How did you do that?

People have been doing that for many decades.

You can either use a hole saw and cut out the entire baffle. Then you will have an empty shell as you describe. With the baffles in the M8, and some other Harleys, the inner baffle is simply crimped together on the inner end. Look down your stock baffle and you will see the crimp. It looks like a closed flower. Take a long drift and a BFH and knock the crimp open. You'll now have a straight through pipe, and a much louder exhaust.

I'd rather buy quality slip ins, but as I said, many people have been doing it for many decades.

Just need to take the tips off, grind the 2 little tack welds and knock the baffles out
