Since it's year round riding here I can be more selective which days I ride. I prefer to skip the cold days. Cold is below 55° F. I have no upper limit though.
I prefer to stick above freezing to avoid any possible black ice, but a bike is my only method of transportation to work. Fortunately, weather below 32 during the day is VERY rare around here and I work evenings so things have warmed up by the time I need to leave for work.

Once the mornings here in NC reach lows of 40 degrees I tend to not ride in to work. But then in the afternoon it is 70-80 degrees. So I ride after work.
When it gets too cold to Enjoy the ride, it's just too cold to ride. I don't wake up in the same mood every day, so there is not a defendant cut off temperature, for me.
Once I put it away for the winter it is staying there until about March AFTER a couple really good hard rainfalls. You see all kinds of cars and trucks rusting. Whats the corrosion resistance on a Harley? Probably none.
