i have been dealing with different people on baddad parts and top shop parts, havn`t heard back from all them, now the factory match has sale on topshop bags and side covers, but i like the baddad fenders better, would that work, dam ,decisions, thanks
I was in an opposite situation. Bad Dad was easy to get but I didn't like their bags or fender. Top shop was the look I liked but it was taking to long. In the end I waited for my top shop bags because I knew if I put something on my bike that I didn't like I'd be pissed off every time I looked at it. Factory match does an amazing job painting so I wouldn't hesitate on using them. They painted my stuff.
Yeah unless you got a quality painter lined up I'd go with the factory match parts because I've never heard anything bad about their finished painted parts. So you may pay a little more up front but you get assured quality stuff vs taking a chance on somebody who may or may not be able to do the same and for that price.....
i have been in contact with Brad, they will paint either way he said ,for me i like the topshop bags, but i like the baddad fender and lights better,,but not sure if cutout outs and stuff would line up, thanks so far guys
I just got my rear end kit from the factory match, and they did a great job with paint and packaging. The only complain I had is that one screw hole on my latch is off, which is no fault of theirs, so I called Topshop directly. The owner told me to drill it out and make it fit. I was kind of set back by this answer because I always heard great things about Topshop. I just finished up my install and haven't decided what I'm going to do about that hole yet.

It's all very personal as to what each person likes. Go with what you prefer not what someone else does. I really like the BadDad bags and fender, but the Top Shop are nice too, just personally like the BadDad better.
Did you talk with Nasty Bagger about the BadDad setup and paint? They have great pricing and their painting is excellent.
thanks so much for the advice so far , i did talk with Fredrick, he was busy with a rally going on ,so has not got back to me yet ,will keep everyone posted what i do and the process, thanks again
