Do share what the dealer is doing to "Dial It In" The Pro Street Tuner is a Flash tuner, can adjustments be made using that tuner to further dial it in? My service guy did not indicate being capable of doing so.

I did almost the same work on my 2017 CVO Limited. I had the 117 kit installed with Street Tuner and Street Cannons. The dealership had a 20% off sale on parts & labor so the whole cost was under $3000 (before tax). I only have 30 miles on the new build but it feels "factory smooth" with endless torque. I don't have a 117 dyno yet as I want to get a couple hundred break-in miles on the new piston/cylinders before dyno time. But if feels terrific and money well spent since it'll be fully covered under both the factory warranty and the ESP. I had the dealership run a dyno to start with so I have a baseline for comparison.

The bike from the factory was 86hp/115ftlbs SAE in 5th gear.

Forgive my ignorance. What is the difference between the blue line and the green line?

The blue line is the 107, the green is after the mod 114.

Confused me as well... He's starting with a 114, and this was just a pre-op baseline run, no?

Cheers

Thanks for the quick reply. Makes sense. Actually matches almost exactly some other Dyno numbers I have seen. I have the 107" with a stage 1. For me it is plenty of torque. Please keep us updated.

The dyno chart above is for a stock 114 on a 2017 CVO Limited. There are no engine mods at this point so it reflects the performance straight from the factory. The blue and green lines are the exact same engine and the same performance. The difference is the green line is a dyno pull in 5th gear and the blue line is the dyno run in 6th gear. Both are SAE charts.

That's a good chart to allow people to see the difference in pulls made in different gears. You can really see how making sure you need to compare apples to apples.

I believe the Green run is the 6th gear run as the higher wheel speed causes the Speed limiter to kick in sooner. Also from years of running a DJ dyno they pickup power as the gear gets higher.
