Ooh, this is a hard one. It's a toss up between the 12" WTF bars from Binfords or the Hate Machines fairing, both dramatically increased the ride for me. After those it would be getting rid of that leg cooking cat during the stage one.

I really love my S&S Teardrop, both for looks and performance. Also, I put the Harley Nostalgic grips on and not only do I love the way they look, they are so much more comfortable for me.
