Update for those who are following. The weather forecast has rain and/or high humidity for the next ten days. I am also on 60 hour weeks at my factory job (maintenance sucks sometimes lol), also have three bikes that I am working on at home shop. Because of the high humidity and my busy schedule I have decided to take the fenders to a trusted friend with a real paint booth. We are doing a labor swap as his bike is one of the three in my shop, he promises my fenders will be painted within a week, he is also a better painter than I as he does paint and body for a living. Will update when installed.
Just got home from dropping the fenders off. Figured I would make wiring harnesses for the stock bullet run/brake/turn signals. Going to leave the micro bullets set up on the chopped fender/struts and set this stretched fender up with stock signals and black visor trim rings. Having both fenders set up with struts, signals and harness will allow me to change from bobtail to tail dragger in a matter of minutes.
Got one side wired and mounted. The custom dynamics LED clusters are pretty bright. One issue thought, the diameter of the cluster is larger than the id of the tabs that snap the lens into the bullet housing. The stock lens and the visor trim ring tabs are both smaller than the diameter of the cluster, can't use either one. The part is listed as a direct fit. Guess I will have to do a bit of trimming to make this work. Time to start working on someone else's bike, got a cam swap to do.

It's called Big Blue Pearl. Basically just a Vivid Black base coat followed by blue pearl and then clear. The color changes from black to various shades of dark blue in different lighting
