How do you come up with these designs, being so far away from the customer? Do they specifically spell out what they want, or do they give you free reign?

I have them find some pictures of paint they like, send them and I start with that. It usually takes a several back and forths until we narrow down the colors and design. I've been doing internet based paint jobs for almost 10 years now.
