16" Carlini Gangster Apes and a Danny Gray Buttcrack Solo seat on my '05 FLSTN, I am 6'2" and my arms are just a bit over my shoulders. At your height, would go 14" or 16", this will help your back a ton...

On my sportster I had wobble with 12 inch mini apes. On my night train I didn't have any wobble with 14's but I do have it with 18's
Who told you that you would get wobbles with 16s or more? Total rubbish!

Your bike is beautiful man. You are one of the reasons I ended up getting the 1.25" gangsters. I ended up get 14", I'm 5'9" and they are perfect for me. Probably an inch over my shoulder and they aren't to wide, which is the main reason I didn't get 1.5" thick. And the 1.25's really go with the bike way better than the 1.5s. Do you have the shotgun shock? Thing looks slammed. I just ordered the progressive drop ins for the front, probably do 2" and I got the dead creek collars for the rear, untill I can get the shotgun. Probably do 1.5" drop in the rear on my 08 deluxe.

Thank you!

I do have a Shotgun Shock out back and believe it or not that is raised about 3/4-1". I lowered the front 1" with Progressive Monotubes. That suspension along for the ride with the 117" and Baker 6 speed make the bike an absolute blast to ride!

12" Wild 1s. More comfortable on the back, shoulders, and arms.

At 6-4, you need 16"+ apes and dump that seat that sits you on the tank.
This guy is right. Also, wrist angle is important for the comfort you are looking for.

I have 18" Burly's with a Mustang Solo seat. I'm 6' and the bars are 3 or so inches over my shoulders.

I saw your post and was wondering if the stock handlebars were 7" or 10"? I have an 06 deluxe and I'd like to raise my bar height somewhat but i dont want to change the cables/lines. Thanks for you help.
