Actually the album just copied the paint job is from one of his guitars from very early on, which was named FrankenStrat....which he painted red with the tape stripes in 1979, although he built the mix matched guitar a few years earlier and it was yellow with stripes.

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay before Van Hagar, back when Van Halen was Van Halen, with DLR.

Dunno if Eddie ever "Rocked" that Evo...IF he ever swung a leg over it, likely was just for promotional pictures during the dedication of the show-bike.
