That is a 1974 SX-125. You can tell by the decals on the tank (one year only design), and the cylinder looks to be aluminum, which the went to in 74 on the 125. Before 1974 it would have been a TX-125.
Agreed, I bought a new 1974 FX1200 with the same tank stripes. It would be a real labour of love to turn that poor thing around! Harley actually owned Aermacchi in those days.

But a 74 FX1200 WOULD be worth restoring (depending on how far she's gone).
