21" chrome rc components czar wheel, tire, and wrap fender

Interested in the wheel tire set up &fender for my '16 Streetglide. What modifications had to be done to fit the 21" tire if any?
Did you notice any performance or handling differnaces especially on the highway? We do a few long touring trips a year and don't want tp change the handling characteristics on the highway loaded down.
