I'm with you on that! My Ward fans are excellent, and Jason has always come through...besides, why would I want a "copy" of the original design that i KNOW works and has excellent customer service? Not to mention Price point...If the LJ product was any good, why would they copy the main competition? Probably because they have been taking a beating from Wards' over all sales numbers.
Has anybody considered that Jason sold his design to Love Jugs and that is why he has gone offline?
That's been speculated over and over again. LJ denied it I think.
Has anyone received a mighty mite yet? I ordered on day one, but not yet.
I worked with the dealership to get mine ordered on day one and we also have not received the order yet.
Steve did indicate that they were slammed with orders. He told the dealership that he hopes to get it shipped by the end of the week 3/10 and orders are shipped 2 day priority....we have not received the order and no word on status from Steve or the dealership parts manager.
The best part of my wards fans is the thermo switch. Install it and forget About it. I surely wouldn't want it on all the time, like when it was 35°f when I got home two nights ago. Also when I stop and the fans are running I wait till they shut off before starting again as I know she good and cool again. This is one of the best times for the fans to be on as all the heat rises when you stop, you walk away it cools then shut off all by its self. Jason put alot of time getting that right. glad I got the real deal last year.

Before things get confused again please let me briefly address the above matters.
1. We have no relationship or contact with Wards. We did not buy him out nor did we put him out of business. Wards will need to speak for themselves.
2. The thermo switch has 2 sides to the story. They are very inexpensive and would be profitable for us to sell. However, your aluminum V-Twin engines expand and contract with hot and cold and we feel that over time the artificial intelligence doing that to your engine is not a good idea. I'm sure that there are contrary opinions but that's ours. Our job is to make the rider more comfortable and save heat related repairs and no thermo is consistent with that mission.
3. We had a little weather problems in New England this past week which pushed us back a couple of days. Add Daytona and lots of orders for MMs and Cool-Masters and we're doing pretty well with our shipments. Our promise was to get all shipments out during the 2nd and 3rd week of March. Even with the challenges we believe that all orders will be shipped out by 2 day priority this week. You'll get notice from the USPS the moment your order is shipped. We thank you for your patience.

Yep, Steve saw my post asking if anyone received yet and called me, left a VM explaining (unnecessarily) about the delay. Just to say, I wasn't upset Steve, just curious. But thanks for the call anyway. Good customer service IMO.

Mine arrived yesterday as well. Nicely made, great chrome. Came with horn bracket reinforcement, heavier duty rubber bushing, and misc other parts in a bag. Away this weekend so it won't go on until next week but it looks solid and real nice. I could live without the "Love Jugs" written in red on the top of the mount, but I expect it won't be too visible. Here are a couple of "unboxing" photos. Damn iPad flipped them and I'm too lazy to correct. Sorry.
