The article says the surface temperature is lowered, and only about 10-15 degrees below ambient. The pictures show a standard unperforated seat surface. So no, you're not going to be feeling air blown through it. Not sure how much you'll feel it at all, being only a 10-15 degree reduction.

10-15 degrees is a pretty substantial difference. Studies have shown the human body can sense a temp difference in fractions of a degree. I'll ride when it's 45 degrees. I won't when it's 30-35 degrees. I personally would love to ride on a 75 degree seat when it's 85-90 degrees outside. I hope Corbin and other manufactures start making this available in a variety of styles.
