Default National cycles fly screen

So my 2007 Street bob has been through several changes since new and I think it's safe to say I'm done with it. Went through the black out "club style" before "club style" became so popular and finally what it is in my sig pic=retro style-something the moco should have done with the switchback IMO.

Now on to my recently acquired very low mile 2007 super glide. I did consider adapting a Hydraglide front end to it and take it the same path as my wifes sportster-but for right now Im going to leave the mags and mid glide intact. Did complete fluid change, ordered a set of Dunlop American elites, EBC sintered pads, Upgrading the front fork springs and switching over to 15w fork oil, going to leave the mid controls on for a while, I do love the comfort of footboards, but going to see if I can deal with mids and highway pegs for now.
I'm not going to a black out anything-we have plenty of blacked out dyna's in the world. I'm considering stripping the wrinkle silver powder off the trans cover, cam cover and outer primary and polishing the aluminum-like I did to the wrinkle black outer primary on my street bob.

Now for a little wind protection-I know how good the ź fairings punch a hole through the wind and keeps your chest from being blasted so I'm considering a chrome and clear national cycles flyscreen. I know it's a stretch-but if anyone has one of these flyscreens I'd like to hear about it.
Thanks.

I had one on another bike, and it does offer minor wind protection, it is borderline useless.

I rode with it for a summer and then basically just gave it away in the winter. From my experience, I would look at other options.

After reading lots of positive reviews, I took the plunge and put one on one of my bikes.

Pluses: It does a good job of keeping wind off the chest and shoulders, reducing hand and arm fatigue from fighting the wind. There's also no buffeting, like there is behind some of the larger screens.

Minuses: It may take a little experimenting with the position and the angle to reach maximum effectiveness. Also, the bubble of stiller air is only about upper torso sized, so side winds can blow that still air off to one side or the other, putting you back in the blast.

I've got one on my S-Bob. It took a little adjusting but I've got it set to knock the wind off my chest.

90% of the guys I ride with have fairing bikes(SG/RG) and have no issues pushing 80+ down the highway. Before the fly screen it was a fight to keep up, with it I've got far less fatigue. I still can feel the breeze, but it is far more enjoyable.

Fskitch, there are lot of reviews if you haven't already seen them.

Here:
Amazon Amazon

And here: http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...cle-flyscreens

Looks like the average rating is about 4.6 out of a possible 5.

I stuck a Gladiator on my bob, awesome and you can move it to where you feel comfortable, and it is fixed to the ride, but you can take it off in a few minutes.

I did check those reviews. I just wanted to see if anyone in here had opinions.
Thanks

The quarter fairing does a decent job, IMO, of taking the wind off your chest, but that's about it. I got one of the ebay knock-offs, paired it with harley's detachable clamps (1 locking) and it's solid. Nice part is it already comes black, so no paint work needed for you.

Also, on the mids, if you can get your hands on a set of the further forward mids - being a tall guy I highly recommend them. Pair them with a set of mini-boards and I think you'd be golden.

What about the National Cycle Mohawk. Bigger than the fly screen but smaller than the gladiator.
