6 hour ride to Arkansas. 79-81 degrees, but never felt hot. Helmet felt great and apparently vents well. Good call SW about the ear plugs, could hear the music better. Very pleased with the shoei.

I haven't tried the Pro version but I rode with a C3 for a while. I honestly don't think you can say either it or the Neotech is definitely better than the other.
At this end of the helmet spectrum its all about fit and features. For me the Neotech fit me better so I ended going with it. But, the C3 was noticeably quieter and the shield on the C3 seemed to have a better viewing window than the Neotech.
On the other hand, the position of the slider for the C3 sun shield was a little annoying to me, and the ratcheting chin strap irked me (I'm used to the double d ring type and a little more entrenched in my ways than I thought I was).
Either way, there might be a bunch of good Neotech reviews out there but it's clearly not a done deal on which one is better.
