Took my front tire (Metzeler) off because after 10k miles it was cupping and replaced it with an American Elite III. Taking wheels off the front is fairly quick & easy..... Putting them back on with only two hands is a challenge.

I put my bike up on the motorcycle jack as high as it will go, then I use an automotive floor jack to jack the tire up to the level of the axle shaft.
