P0261 code, when either front or back plugs floo
Last fall, every two or three weeks riding on the highway, my front cylinder would misfire and I would have to pull over and replace the front plug as it was wet. It would show code P0261, I would replace the plug with a spare that I started carrying and I would be good for a while. I interpreted this to possibly a bad injector. Couple of weeks ago this same thing happened, but before the one cylinder died, I gunned the engine and it cleared itself. Today a couple of blocks from home same thing happened, so I pulled over took out the first cylinder plug and it was dry. I took out the back cylinder and suprise this one was wet, and the code was P0261.
Any of you guys have an idea what this gremlin might be, it sure does not look like the injectors.
The bike is a 2014 Softail Deluxe with 11,000 kms.
