Thanks for the props on the scoot...don't get much of this at home. After 3 weeks of mopping around the house, finally brought the bike home and rushed inside to tell the family. Wife's response, "you know I do not like your motorcycle"...while grudgingly heading outside with me to have a look. Kids response, "that's nice dad, what is for lunch?"
I am sure there are quite a few of us that toil away on our bikes in solitary...the only folks that "get it" are like minded individuals in the same situation.
I think my wife is mostly resentful of the money being spent on Accessories. And she doesn't see the difference it makes in the bike. (like the air cleaner I purchased for $400 and don't like .... think she'll let me replace it without hollering?)

Not me, my wife loves my bike and loves to ride with me when she can. But other than that, she tells me to ride it as much as i want. Doesn't bother her at all, guess i got lucky.
Your 03 is one of my favorite stock bike colors...beautiful. Have a blast on her.
Thank's soldierbot, Ya I had been looking and calling all around for a month, talked to a bunch of bonehead's, and then ran across this 03 that had a 66yr old 1 owner who never screwed the bike up-everything on it is H.D. and only dealer serviced, guy took good care of it and ran it easy, real happy with it and I really alway's wanted a FB, I did put the 10" T-Bars and Danny Gray seat on it tho.
