I must ask. What is a sit bone? I think I can find the tail bone.
Are they close?
Place one hand under your butt cheek and the sit down on it. You should feel a bone there... That's your sit bone. Their scientific name is ischial tuberosity.
Ok, so I found a negative on the new seat, when I rode through those HEAVY rains on Friday, the seat foam absorbed quite a bit of water. When I got on the bike this morning, my *** got soaked.
Seams like all the water was on the left side since that's the way the bike leans on the kick stand. I grabbed a towel and squeezed and Tris to wring it out the best that I could.

Thank you very much. That was a sincere question.
So there are two sit bones.
Yes. Ultimate seat. One piece tall boy. On the 2017 ultra limited. Rider is
5' 7" 235 lbs. Moved me back about an inch and gives me more room. Very comfortable.
The back rest didn't work well. I have an ultimate on my vtx. That post has an angle on it. The post for the ultra doesn't. I used the post from the vtx backrest on the ultra backrest. Perfect allows enough adjustment to not push me forward. I guess I'll have to let ultimate know.
After trying many seats, I found the LePera Maverick with removable backrest to be the best seat for me, just finished a major cross country trip and was able to comfortably do 700 mile days.
Best seats I've ever had, and still do, are the ultimate seats. Several different configurations to choose from as to where it sits you in (not on) the seat. 14 day trial, can't beat it.
I've used their seats since they've been in business. I've tried all of them out there and to me nothing comes close. several mods work BUT unless it's a full rebuild of the OEM seat it's just a mod.

I put the mid rider solo w/backrest on my sgs. Best seat I've ever had.
I am a boney azz guy and most seats hurt my tailbone, corbin was the worst. Rock would have been more comfortable.

YMMV.
Goes to show everyone is going to like a different seat, I tried an Ultimate seat, felt great till I rode it a long distance, then I felt like I was sitting on the seat pan, my passenger can ride tank to tank on about every seat I tried, except the Ultimate seat, so every bottom likes something different
