Came on my bike when I bought it. Not sure how many miles on it (I personally used it for 5k). Good condition.
Note that it has a hole in back plate that I sealed up with Sugru (love that stuff!) to put back to factory spec for the sale. I used the hole to route the blow by down a tube vs. back into the intake as designed. I highly recommend you pop open the hole and do the same to keep your engine cleaner. Search the forums for more info on this common mod.
