So there are a lot of positive reviews of the Danmotor 2-1 Highwayman. It's dirt cheap and I didn't have the money for a $900-$1,100 exhaust system and I hate the heat-shields that come on most $500-$700 systems.
So the exhaust is light and the sound is very deep and aggressive. Videos are accurate. The problem is, they are not accurate for how GOD DAMN LOUD IT IS. This exhaust is basically as loud as running a car with open headers and absolutely requires ear plugs.
I don't need this BS in my life - so what's a good option for a weld on exhaust solution that's going to be cheap?
I've been eye balling some of the knock-off Yoshimura's and other styles. Dimecity and Coneeng also over several styles of reverse cone and megaphone mufflers. Using an FMF pipe also cross my mind.
Would repacking any of these help?
