Had WWW on my Heritage Springer. They look real nice when clean, just a bit more work to keep them clean. I think they look best with Spoke wheels on a old school looking bike.

I might have suggested "no", but with the two-tone bike (blue/white), those WWW look awesome. Well done!

As a frame of reference, I keep my bike nice and clean, but I never really cared about the tires until I got the whitewalls. I resisted the urge to go all black on my RKC. I was really tired of cleaning them. I stayed with the whitewalls, and clean them at least twice a month (daily rider).

That being said, they have a good look to them, and when they are kept clean, it's usually one of the first things people notice.

I'm glad you did it. I'm generally not a fan of WWW on mag wheels, but they complement your paint very well. I'm sure your bike will gather a crowd.

As for the horror stories of taking care of WWWs, I found they only require a about five minutes of your time if you brush over them with a simple cleaner every 1500 - 2000 miles. A car wash will do if you are traveling. It only takes 30 seconds to pull off the saddlebags. The job is even more very simple if you put the bike on a Harbor Freight motorcycle jack.

Most folks advising here also have he complication of keeping their spoke wheels clean, but your mags will keep the maintenance low. After owning three RKCs with WWW and Spoke wheels, I developed a quick simple method for keeping them clean without taking much time. A wheel brush like:

https://www.google.com/search?q=moto...O4xo_MqsyO0RM:

and some soap every couple thousand miles keeps the WWW's and spokes looking new. Some wax on the wheels every 5000 miles or so helps the brake dust come off easier for both mags and spokes. Mags will pit if you don't keep them clean.
