I would kind of like to see a modern take on the bobtail fender over a 240 like the OG Night Train. Speaking of trends, I can't wait for these shorter fenders to die out.
I was referring to the flatter rear fender with a kick up at the end like older wide glides and night trains.
Also I do like the fatboy fender a lot more than the shorter fender like on the fat bob which is too short. Even though it may look better once the bike is lowered.
Take a look at how Detroit has gone retro with the 1960's muscle cars (Camaro, Mustang, Charger etc.). I hereby predict that some day in the future Moco will likewise go retro with the Dyna models.
In a stroke, HD just made all our blacked out bikes just a little less special.
And so begins the turn back to chrome...
Or colored powdercoat.. or some other kind of new engineered finish..maybe ultra hard ceramic on everything....
