Mornin, Larry. I believe I posted this previously and it is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I once purchased a duplex and as part of the closing documents I asked for the current rental agreements, applications, etc on the tenants. One had the name Shelly Kelly the other Kathy Fathy. I thought the seller was jerking me around but it turned out to be true. Weird, ya can't make this stuff up.
