Got the NC on my custom. Good up to 70 or so then the wind hits me in the helmet pretty good. Not sure if I like the look but it does knock off some of the wind.

 

This will block the wind from beating your chest only.

 

I have a cheapo bikini fairing I got off of ebay and it SUCKS. It takes some wind off of your chest but not much. Im going back to the quarter fairing. I had it on my 13 Iron and I loved it and I can't wait to put one on my 2k Sporty!
The bikini fairing is mostly for the look, which I will admit, does look good on most bikes. But definitely not intended for any wind protection.
