I like the rinehart 4" slip ons with the black tip. They look cool and seem to add a nice rumble to the bike. I really need to compare them to the Tab muffler with the zombie baffle. BTW, ive never been to a bike night, never heard of it until I read about someone mentioning it....... What the hell is a bike night?

They're not necessarily held at dealerships.....although mine has one like the third thursday of each month.
But most are either at bars or some restaurants. I know a hooters in the next town over from me used to have one every Tuesday during summer months.
Another rest called Ted's Kickn Chikn has one as well. That one was really cool back when Kendall Johnson was right next door.
I went the other night to get some ideas for some new mini apes I want. Wasnt sure how tall I wanted to go. Think I ruled out 14's and will go with 12", so good night.
ive always thought you have to get after market pipes if you get a harley, it would be unamerican to leave the stock pipes on there and not have that harley sound.

Salt, do you own a M8? with some of the issues we face, voiding our warranty is really not an option. Even after the two year warranty expires, we will have to make that decision, which is tough. The bike, as is, is really pretty sweet. The sound, not so sweet. Harley voiding our warranty, sucks...... we are stuck between a rock and a hard place....... I am going to wait, do a stage 2 when warranty expires and enjoy the new note..... love the softail...

Go with the Wo502 Chubbies 12.5" I have them on my RK and love them.
For you guys adding slip-on's without tune and factory intake, do you notice any dip in torque or is the performance the same as stock?
I eventually went with the tuner but rode it for a while w/o it waiting on the K&N to arrive. I didn't notice any loss in low end. What I did notice was pinging when hot 2 up until I added the tuner. I also had a small pop when up-shifting under moderate to heavy acceleration. I have V&H eliminator 4".
