Dual Front Rotors on a WG
Just ordered 3 brake lines (MC to the splitter..., each side of the splitter to each caliper
I'll throw together a comprehensive parts list..., w/ sources.., P/Ns & prices
============
Side note
I could have done w/ only the right slider - but wanted to ensure they match (weathering.., fading.., rock chips - being what it is)
Ghost
Can also reduce cost by not buying 2 new calipers.., or the left front slider
** Extended price does not include shipping or applicable tax

============
I'm planning to post before.., then after pics of....
MC install
Wheel retrofit (adding the second rotor)
Fork rebuild w/ LRS sliders
Completed upgrade
Anyone desire any exploded pics of above - speak up - otherwise sticking w/ the before and after
I'll certainly answer any questions regardless
=========
This retrofit is pretty straight forward - requiring only copious amounts of beer & good tunes
Special tools (this off the top of my head so if I forget something - consider the source)
Red loctite
Torque wrench
Seal driver
Long *** allen / hex wrench
Way to measure the fork oil height
Fork clamp is pretty handy
Way of bleeding brakes
And dare I say - service & parts manuals (I've done forks dozens of times - still refer to the bible every time - and so should you)
12 point.., 1/4" socket
Rest is just various wrenches / ratchets/ sockets - and maybe..., a hammer or two

==========
Side note
Couple of parts I didn't list in previous post (plain forgot)
Bought all new banjo bolts..., and 2 banjo fittings for the front calipers
Got all new crush washers (2 per fitting)
And bought all new caliper bolts (nothing fancy - just new ones)
Bout all I can think of for now

I have to use Lyndall pads (Extreme, in my case) to protect my lifetime rotor warranty, but I did seriously consider EBC pads anyway. I use them on everything else.
Runnin 3/8" now (with the FB caliper)

Current pads are EPFA's - changed over to them little over a year ago
Before that - had a softer compound pad - sucked

Aside
Diggin what you've been doing

The Best of Harley-Davidson for Lifelong Riders
Wheel has both rotors installed - had to cut an extra lone allen wrench in half - to make a "wrench" to fit the allen head bolts - securing the two halves of the hub (cut an allen wrench in half - put a socket on one end in order to use a torque wrench to secure the allen head bolts hiding in the recessed holes - southern engineering at its finest - it worked)
Forks rebuilt w/ LRS sliders - no issues there
Wheel spacers - no issue - just needed to create the right combination so the wheel dead nuts centered w/ the fender
Caliper spacers = ended up w/ 5/8" on left side..., 3/4" on right - now need longer caliper bolts - which are on order (ARP SS)
These are M10 x 1.5 x however long they need to be - in case anyone wondering
==========
Splitter to caliper lines - 2" too long - shorter ones on order
MC to splitter brake line - 4" too long - shorter one on order
Evidently..., and obviously - I can't read a tape measure for ****
================
MC and splitter bolted right up - no issues
==============
I'll post pics once the dust clears
