I did the full stage one before I picked my bike up. The SE breather, slip ons and tune. The bikes runs great. It runs stronger than my 12 RG CVO that was the strongest 110 with 122 ft. lbs at the crank stock.
My stage one RGS 107 is quicker through the gears. I originally was intending to do a 114 but decided that it is potent enough as is and I don't want to risk the over 50 mpg it gets as it is my primary workhorse for long trips.

The stage one H-D tune did well on my machine.
I too was going to do the stage 3 114 but after riding it a while stock it really performs well. I'm going to do the stage 2 torque with cannons and a/c that will be enough to just give it a little extra........always looking for a little extra

Thanks for the post. I am getting the stage one in a few weeks. Going all HD product also. Techs at the dealer are eagerly waiting for other tuners to be released since they will allow more adjustments vs. the HD tuner. Lots of warranty concerns have been thrown around, including by me, but it is looking like going aftermarket will not impact the warranty. But you need to work with your local dealer to make sure. I am not an expert by any means... I am sure I will be happy with the HD product. Bike pulls hard stock so the stage one (HD Style) will be plenty for my needs. Love my new Ultra.
Tuners have been released already and many people are getting them. So it will not be long before people start getting exhaust and other modifications. We've been testing various prototype camshafts, injectors and engine kits so things are in the works. Some will be CARB and EPA legal parts and some racing parts just the same as before.
Getting a Stage 3 upgrade done to mine and I'm excited to see the results. I am doing the Woods cam 777 and adjustable pushrods. I already had a High flow air filter and Vance and Hines Power Duals with 4.5 Titans and TTS tuner. Anyone have a ballpark estimate of the HP and torque for that set up?
