We asked the cheif who's paying and he pointed right at the guy. We have 3 again fences and a water tank that was destroyed.

Yea he was giving some bs story that he wet the whole area down before. Chief wasn't buying it. **** happens. Outside contractor. That's why they have a few mil in insurance.
