Has anyone installed this console on a bike with the intercom plug that uses the intercom system but didn't want the plug on the console? I'm looking for a way to re-locate the plug off of the console to a place where it's still usable and doesn't look like crap. I thought about the left side cover but don't think my headset cable will reach down there.
Did anyone have issues installing the dash? I am having a hard time getting the console to line up over the gas cap. It seems to be off and there is a gap at the top of the gas cap. Trying to install on a 2015 FLTRXS. Thanks in advance for the help.

I used the console with a Drag Specialties pop up cap and had more gap than I wanted. I pulled a rubber ring off my OEM console that fit around the Nasi console gas cutout nicely. Wondering if I would have gotten a better fit with a Kury pop up, but overall happy with the look.
I don't know if the rubber gasket will help my situation. There seems to be a bigger gap at the top than the bottom when installing the gas cap. Also does the dash sit flush on the tank? Even using the rubber gaskets from the oem dash the Nasi dash does not sit flush on the tank. I wonder if I got a bad dash?

When I do mine, I will most likely relocate the intercom plug to the fairing, opposite of the cubby like they did on the CVO street glides.

I just had the same problems with mine trying to install today. I actually gave up and put the stock dash back on.
