Got it on last night. Going to fire it up later this morning and see how it runs. As long as it's in the ballpark on the tuning I'll leave it for now. No point in spending a lot of time dialing in the carb now when I'm going to be changing out the exhaust in the near future.
Install went easy enough. The only wrinkle I ran into was I couldn't get the hex bolt on the rear cylinder to go in. I'd get it started, run it in a turn and a half or so, then it would stop hard.
Turns out the head of the bolt of was hitting on the intake manifold. Ended up having to take a file to it and knocking off a fair amount of material. Once that was sorted, it dropped right in.
Also, thinking I might get away from that Paughco frame. The more I looked at it, the more I realized the loop under the motor was dumb. It costs ground clearance, and you really won't be able to see it anyway.
Decided to sketch up some ideas. I like the single downtube and the 'S' curve. That's the main thing. I didn't have any actual dimensions, so this isn't correct to scale, but this gives an idea of where I'm hoping to go with this. I'm talking to the guys at LedSled (from whom I'm getting the kicker kit) about putting this together.
