Reminded me of a tall, long footed fellow we had in Basic too many years ago. They didn't have any combat boots in his size so he went through basic training in low quarters. The Drills used to tell him, "Murphy you manage to graduate we're gonna kill a cow or two to make you some boots!"

So today I saw the Vice President of the local Boozefighters chapter while out. He was wearing OD green, old school Converse style basketball shoes and club vest.
Just figured the fashion police would like to know.
