Tim, how much dressed meat will that elk yield?

Lou, been a Dodger fan since I was a kid. Been a long time, since 1988, and the Kirk Gibson show.

Wife and I are Giants fans. For whatever reason our kid decided to be a Dodgers fan. SMH.

I'm not sure Mick. if I had to take a guess, I would say 350 - 400 lbs. deboned. We will get all the good steaks, about 5 roasts, 10 lbs of minute steaks, ground meat and 20-25 lbs of soft or pressed peppered jerky.
