People who don't own one are seeking information. Since it is a new motor people want to know how it performs and what problems are being discovered. I was on here asking questions and reading posts for months before I bought one.
Okay, that's fair enough and I was posting with a closed mind on the thread topic. I looked at it from the mindset that I don't own Dyna, Sportster or other Harley's so don't even look at those sections of the forum. Carry on.
'17 SGS. The OP asked about mods, I've done Stage 2 (torque) under the 60 day time frame. I doubt I'll do any more mods until after the warranty expires.
I have considered a decatted header, but I don't know if that will actually void the warranty. I don't believe I've seen any reports of denied warranty, just speculation, over it.
I think you get non M8 owners posting here both because some are considering buying one, and others trying to justify the fact that they can't buy one.
