I got my new OEM pulley in today. Before I begin removing the wheel, I wanted to ask if anyone knows what manufacturer my old pulley is? I want to speak to them about this. I could not find any identifying marks on the inside or outside of the pulley.

Drop any idea of recovering anything on that pulley,think China made bought on eBay through any number of sellees not to mention the bolts coming loose compromised the pulley in the first place.

I wanted to see if I could get "money back" from them, but I'm not worried about it. I got an OEM pulley in the mail today. If I use chrome washers and bolts, does that change the torque spec?
