So honest question, I'm digging around everywhere and get mixed answers. I have already a 2018 Street Glide Special. Im looking at specifically at getting the WO592B Wild 1 ChubbyŽ 12" Bagger Reapers, would anyone already have the answer on whether or not I would need to get complete new wiring, and if so, any good recommendations on which one specifically? Thanks much for any answers and recommendations. Have an awesome day!! Ride Safe.
This is a link for WO578 bars I installed on a 2016 Limited. They are roughly 10 inch right to the top of the fairing. To me this is as tall as you can go easily. There are threads and you tube videos of guys that re-routed the clutch and brake lines and made 12 inch work. The wire extension are easy. They come in all lengths. I used 8 inch and it's simple plug and play. Hope this help you some. Sure others with offer info.
I put 12" reapers on my RK. brake and clutch (non hydraulic) are original. Clutch cable is just a little tight but don't hinder turning. Only think I had to get was NAMZ wire extensions, I probable could have went with 4" but that would be a little tight, went with 8" for same price. Even worked my heated grips inside.
Those look great. Nice bike!! Yeah thanks so much for the info, it helps a ton. I'm totally going to just get the 8" extensions just to make it proper and less stress on the stock cables. Thanks again!! Be Safe.

Thats perfect. I will look those up and go with the 8" for sure. Never know if I get a bug to go taller!! Thanks so much for the info!!
No, they were long enough. I took the plugs off at the switch housing and ran them from the bottom up. Don't forget to get some drag specialties poly bushings for the risers and you can use a clamp to get them started. Just double check the part numbers because I have a 14 RK and might be different.
