Here are the spacers. The big chamfer on top is the side I'm going to weld. Figured I'd rather back cut it a bit and fill it with weld than try to get deep penetration on something this heavy.
Edit: Just as soon as I wrote that, I got an email back from Paughco saying not to weld them, and just sandwich them in with the bolts. Guess that will make life a little easier, anyway. Now I'm trying to decide if I want to remake these without the chamfer, or just put the chamfer on the outside (left) side and leave it.

If it were me I'd just put the chamfer on the outside and leave it.

If you really want that bike to stand out then in addition to the yellow with purple flames you should do a yellow and purple candy stripe pattern on the frame!!!!
