240 wood be my absolute minimum. I'd like to be 260. Too many years in the gym to conform to a random chart.

I've been steady right around 200 for a while now. Not sure if that has changed since I resumed exercising the last 2 months, but I feel better and had to punch a new hole in my belt. To me, that is more important than a number on a chart. How my clothes fit is my indicator

Even the kindest of these charts say I'm obese. Gotta admit, my feet have been telling me that for years now. Was below this chart's ideal till I was around 45, then I slowly grew another 50 lbs. I felt good till about 210, at 6'3" that wasn't bad. I blame it on my eyes, they started needing reading glasses about the same time as the weight came on, and every 15-20 lbs I needed stronger glasses. Can't be coincidence...

Evenin', gentlemen.....

....had to go to 2 funeral homes tonight. Been to too many lately. The night was saved by going out for dinner, though. Filet mignon with crab topping and covered in two cheeses......damn good!
