Just got some bad news about my Florida vacation plans. Trish and I were planning to rent a bike the second week we were there and ride to the Keys. I tried to reserve a bike on line from the dealer ( where we have rented in the two previous years) and it said no bikes available ! . So I call them and they tell me that the MOCO signed a deal with Eaglerider Rental Co. and they will be the exclusive company to rent a HD from going forward.
I checked their prices (higher) , must carry their insurance ( before my policy covered me), then I read some of their reviews, not always new bikes ( some people said, well worn).
I not getting a warm fuzzy feeling about this, the hotel rooms are already booked, we may have cancel them and scrap the idea
Last year I got a brand new RG, $96.00 per day, no additional charges because I used my own insurance. I’m pretty sure the deal is off !
I wished I’d known before we booked the flight, we were going to drive and take my bike (in the trailer of course).

Afternoon Woods! Back from the dealership. Kids decorated stockings and Santa hats. They are drying in the sun as a 5 and 7 year old though more paint was better. Hanging out away from the wimmenz doing the cookie exchange. Thankfully there are few cookies that I like so I don't feel the urge to binge and over do it
