OK...save your ball busting for later. have to go the bank and wire out a big check.. enough to fill the Garoffice with snowblowers... unfortunately, it's not for snowblowers....business deal.

Christmas bonus checks are signed and sitting on my desk for dispersal. 1st time we've every given bonuses. Some are huge, big money..... I don't know if I should give them out with the weekly payroll on Friday or wait and mail them like on National Lampoon's Christmas vacation.
I think if their not expecting a bonus it might be better to give it on Friday that way they only have a day to spend some of it.. the rest can be banked or spent after the holidays... I've talked to everyone, all have the Christmas shopping done so maybe I'll wait.

Rich, one year for Christmas bonus I made checks out to the guy's wives/girlfriends and didn't sign them. It was accompanied by a letter saying if their man hit his target number for the year for them to bring the check and I would sign it. One of the best years with fewest days of absence ever.
