1.800 intake runners, my motor was modded, and I have 1.710, but since im doing more extensive head work, mines as well do it right, and Scoot over at Hillside, know his ****, Been hands on working these motor, like 30 plus years, has a EXCELLENT REPUTATION.... I didn't even break in his 107 from last year, and the guy who installed, ****ed up so much, took a perfectly good motor, and im sure the rockers, one HAS to have a hairline crack, guy didnt know how to install pushrods, I have videos with them KNOCKING, one thing after another, I spent 10k with this jerk, and no BS im redoing just about every single part, so not only my extensive labor, and paying shops for what I cant do, im buying SAME PAERT 2 TIMES, INA 4-5 MONTH SPAN.....

He told me he knew Harleys in and out, the day I go to pick up, he said there was more work than he anticipated,!!! and wanted another 1k, I paid 500 that day, and I called Scott from hillside on the ride homes my tuner showing the temps not going over 170-180?

Scott asked if theres a large oil cooler, nope, went down the line, So I had to THROW AWAY A PERFECTLY FINE 500 FP3 TUNER as after 30, and im quoting the email, 30 tunes, they have never seen a motor act the way mine did, So off to Dynojet Powervision, and Target Tune, 1200$ I DIDN'T NEED TO SPEND, but I had to, as after 3 hours w/dyno jet on phone, we tracked it down to, the injectors, the electrical connectors, the front and rear are VERY DIFFERENT, AND DUMP different loads, kind of a SLAVE / MASTER MOTOR FOR MECHANIC....so I flipped around WELLLAH!!!! motor FINALLY DOESN'T STALL UPON STARTING, AND IDELS PERFECT??? these guys are terrible, I mean the wire colors are different for crying out loud??????

Fast forward, god know how much damage is done, as I been spending SO MUCH MONEY ON FIXING ALL THE OTHER CRAP HE MESSED YP, I can fill 5 pages with the errors. he made,

this is a Rocker, W/Pro stock challenges this is how it will look on one, oh he has the paperwork from dynojet, they prefer you put bungs in particular locations etc, and depths, if you own the system you know what I mean, so he has welded 18mm EXACTLY where they should go to be as precise as they can be!!!




look at the bends, all done for a reason, pipes one way or another, depending on size of motor, have certain lengths to them etc, thats why there built to order, theres alot of 120r making 148 hp on here look at the dyno sheet

 

Save that site, tons of knowledge on there, i learned so much, theres years of info on there, i read something new every day.....and when ur $$$ is right, get a rb racing.....

This Couple, Bill, & Wife Lynn, Terrific people!!!!!.. he's welding my bung holes, with the dynojet spec sheet she said in front of him as she called, lol, they will be placed in Target Tunes, Dynojets, what the call perfect spot, he's not like these other guys, he measures down, gets as close to cylinder heads as can, but he makes sure there 100% even, distance wise, he says, thats the most accurate way, went into a long thing last we spoke, how, like my Vance 2-2 I measured, they weren't exact, but close, I mean I wouldn't complain, than, he took me to a calculator, on his site, I entered all this info I had no idea


What I did see tho, was when we moved sensor, down pipe changing reading "spots" of both, all sorts of numbers changed!!!!

He said,
when I tune it, it will be dead on, as long as I get right guy,lol which my Hillside recommended Black Hills, in NJ, he's well known, needs bike A DAY, SAYS TAKES MINAMUM 6 HOURS!!!, he lets cool down etc, I guess, he really gets into tune, bt from doing search,


he goes to surges, and I forget the guys name, but theres always a list, thats taken pre them leaving, he can only do so many, but apparently, this guy dyne's 10 or so bikes, and every guy said, nothing but good things, one guy went on to say, he had a great tuner dyno bike, and he stilll was able to grab 13 more TQ at the wheel, IMPRESSIVE, so was the guy, said he felt the second he rode away, said grin to grin, money well spent, so ill bite the bullet, just sucks as I have to get parts to Hillside to check out, work on etc.....its a race....loil
