I use a little DeWalt pancake. I have a larger compressor for larger jobs.

Yup, this. There are warnings about this in the manual. Every time I drain mine a little bit or water comes out. Apparently they rust on the inside. A guy in my town saw one literally blow through a roof.

Guess I've been lucky for 40 some years. I do drain 3 or 4 times a year or when I remember to. In retrospect it may be a better idea to leave it non-pressured until needed.

I've been using a Black & Decker Air Station on the bike and my car for years. The old one finally died so I just got a new one for $35 on Amazon.

I have the little Harley electric pump, I keep on my bike and use that when needed.

In my garage: 5 gallon Craftsman compressor which is fast and easy. Same compressor is used to blow dust and bugs out of battery region, grills (fairing lowers), and air filters.

I need a small compressor to carry on the Limited but haven't researched what's really good. Open to ideas.
