It was on 2011 FLHX so I know 09-13 not sure about newer. I’ll look again at the numbers as the pic is blurry where the number is

The pan was cast the 9th month of 2012, so it is at least that date or newer.

If it helps any, I have the non heated version of this seat on my 17 RGU and, unlike the description above, it fits fine with the tour pack. Very comfortable and will sit you back about an inch and a half from stock.

Didn’t see what it said about the tour pack. Hummm. That’s all i ever had it on the bike with. That’s what the wife liked. Doesn’t rub or anything.
