Leather pro bags wear
. wear or rub groove on the bottom of the bag. It only occurs when on very rough roads which there are plenty of. , I don’t see how they would rub. Looks like plenty of clearance. I have 12.5” Shocks

The only wear I've had in 2 years is from when I forget and ride with the bag unzipped...Doh!?! The top flaps over and drags the ground.
In your case there is definitely something on the bike rubbing. It should be easy to figure it out.

We had a few people that had that problem and we fixed it with a change in the mold a while back, looks like you have one of the early sets before the mold change. It is actually the very back of you drive pulley that is doing that, and only when you hit a big bump. You can send that bag back to us and we can remold that area and plastic weld the hole shut at no charge. If you want to PM me and give me your email address, I can send you a return label.
